    Value for money

We loved the convenient location of the hotel, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, the Capital Bike Trail, and the Amtrak Station. It made exploring the city a breeze, especially with the state and confederate landmarks, slave trail, and tobacco and cotton industries right at our doorstep. The hotel itself had a historic atmosphere, nestled in the old tobacco warehouse district of downtown Richmond. The rooms were beautifully furnished and had a welcoming atmosphere. We particularly enjoyed the spacious walk-in shower and the comfortable, high bed. The staff, including the polite and friendly bellhop, made us feel right at home. it was a great stay.

Nothing that we didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with great views of the city. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Can't think of anything.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the hotel facilities. The parking was convenient and the transportation options were easily accessible. The location of this city was great, with a legitimate cobblestone street right outside the hotel. We were greeted by a very cheery and helpful bellhop named Quesi, who gave us excellent recommendations for family-friendly dining establishments. It was really nice to stay in a boutique atmosphere and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing.

I loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was in the heart of downtown Richmond. The hotel also offered valet parking, which was a great perk in this busy area with limited parking options. The check-in process was quick and efficient, making my arrival hassle-free. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and the room I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience.

Everything is exactly what I needed and wanted. From the cleanliness to the hotel facilities, parking, and location of the room, I really have no complaints.
