Sheraton Pentagon City Arlington

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Arlington. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to Arlington National Cemetery and the Pentagon. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the metro and the nearby Pentagon Mall, making it simple to explore this city. The view from our room was breathtaking, allowing us to see the beautiful sunset and sunrise over the monuments of DC and Arlington. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the on-site cafe served delicious food with fast service. The hotel was impeccably clean, and we appreciated the free shuttle service from the Ronald Reagan Airport.

During my stay, the hotel staff made me feel right at home. The entire restaurant staff, especially Nakita, Hamid, and Tirhas, were excellent and provided exceptional service. The hotel also offered a convenient shuttle service to the local Metro station and the airport, making transportation hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the location was ideal, with easy access to the Tidal Basin and other landmarks in the area.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked through the front door. The women at the check-in desk, named Rachel, was particularly exceptional in her professionalism and kindness. She interacted with my family and made my children feel special. The General Manager, Eddie, also took the time to personally check in with us and ensure that all our needs were met. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the clean and well-equipped room. The maids were efficient and friendly in their service. Additionally, the hotel offered 50% off on parking and 3 days of free WiFi, making my stay even more convenient. The location was also perfect, as it was right next to a Metro bus stop and just a short distance from the airport.

I got to witness a stunning sunset, a magical full moon, and the sunrise over the famous monuments of this city. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions I had. The on-site cafe served delicious food with quick service. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel provided a free shuttle service from the nearby airport, making transportation convenient and hassle-free.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were excellent. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily access everything in the city. We also appreciated the convenient transportation options, including the shuttle service to and from the airport. The complimentary breakfast was great, and they even catered to my vegan diet. our experience at this hotel was amazing and we would highly recommend it.
