Customer service was good. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, and a hair dryer. The hotel is non-smoking inside the rooms, but guests are allowed to smoke outside. The noise level was low, with respectful neighbors. The hotel had elevator access, which is great for those with older knees. The location is excellent, only half a mile away from the last stop on the yellow subway line. The walk to the subway station is easy and safe. Additionally, there is parking available for a fee, and I found it convenient to use both the subway and my car to get around this area.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and easy access were top-notch. The layout of the room was well-designed and comfortable. The staff was excellent, even though there was a mix-up with our reservation, they quickly resolved the issue. The hotel's location was perfect, not far from downtown and very near the harbor front. We also appreciated the convenient proximity to the Huntington Metro Station, which had plenty of parking. The breakfast was delicious and the selection of pillows was a definite plus. the staff's kindness and warm smiles made us feel welcome and added to the positive experience.

I had a great stay at the hotel. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, organized, and spacious. The hotel provided solid amenities, including free parking and a fridge in the room. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to the Fort Washington Harbor and shops, including the Tangers Outlets on the Potomac. It was also close to the beltway and a short drive to Washington, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic stay here. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and despite being located off a busy street, the location was surprisingly quiet. The hotel facilities were reasonably clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the check-out staff who handled my concerns gracefully. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to the Fort Washington Harbor, Walmart, shopping centers, and transportation to Washington DC.

The location was perfect for us as it was just a short walk from the nearest metro station, making it easy to get to and explore Washington D.C.
