We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the spotless rooms to the well-maintained pool area. The indoor pool was a great feature, especially since it was raining during our stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations on sightseeing and restaurants in this charming college town. We also appreciated the convenient location, as the hotel was both close to the JMU campus and downtown.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and up to date, with modern amenities. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the indoor pool which was comfortable and well-maintained. The parking was easy and accessible, and we appreciated being within walking distance of restaurants. The location was convenient, as it was close to both the JMU campus and historic downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Couldn't find any faults at all.
We loved the cleanliness of the room and bathroom, which made us feel comfortable and at ease. The air unit being on the ceiling instead of the ground prevented any stuffiness. The spaciousness of the room was also a plus, with fresh-looking, feeling, and smelling beddings and towels. The friendly service and accommodating manager made us feel welcomed, even allowing us an extended check-out. The lobby with its bar serving good drinks and appetizers, as well as the live music show, added to the enjoyable experience. The hotel's location close to I-81 in a nice neighborhood was convenient, and we appreciated the affordable and secure parking.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional, with fresh beddings and towels that looked, felt, and smelled fresh. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and well-appointed rooms. The staff were kind, considerate, and friendly, going above and beyond to provide excellent service. The location of the hotel was excellent as well, within walking distance of several local restaurants and easy to move around the Shenandoah Valley.
