I had a fantastic stay at this hotel for our family trip near Historic Williamsburg, VA. The best aspects of my experience included the cleanliness of the room, the hotel facilities, the convenient parking, and the location being very close to everything.

We loved how friendly the staff was. They even went out of their way to accommodate our request to have our rooms next to each other. The location of the hotel was also fantastic. It was quiet and peaceful, but just a short distance away from great restaurants and stores, including a premium outlet. This made it convenient for us to explore the surrounding area. The breakfast at the hotel was great too. They offered a healthy selection of fruit and cereal, and the breakfast area was clean and well maintained. Plus, the hotel was located close to several historical sites that we wanted to visit, making it easy for us to explore the area.
There was nothing we didn't like.
The location was ideal, just minutes away from downtown and the historic village. The front desk staff were welcoming and provided excellent customer service. The hotel facilities, including the indoor pool and hot tub, were enjoyable. The breakfast selection was the best I've had from a hotel, with a variety of options including self-serve waffles, eggs, sausages, bacon. The room itself was clean and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Nothing to dislike, as my experience at this hotel was delightful.
